So I've currently lost interest in data logging all my food intake, it has been getting pretty tedious and annoying. It was starting to really take over what I did, I felt guilty for going out to eat, and not knowing how to log what I've ate, even though I've ate pretty well. So I am going to stop doing that for a while. I will prolly look up some foods from time to time to get a sense of what I am eating if I really don't know, but 2 weeks of logging info I have a pretty good idea of what was hold back my weight lose.
