I can't believe my calorie goal is 2727! I almost can't use all the calories. I have had candy and pop and pizza. I was worried about getting rid of everything I love, of cutting good food ingredients like heavy cream and cheese and butter. I love cooking and want to use good ingredients. I want to enjoy my food. This has given me hope that I don't have to give those things up, I just have to control how much and plan a bit to enjoy my life/food. I know the calorie goal will decrease (it already has) and I can handle it happening slowly over time. Thanks for this tool.

I hope you are considering keto. All those fat foods like butter, cream, cream cheese are encouraged and delicious. Instead of being hungry all the time like when I am counting calories, now I have to come up with ways to eat more. And I'm losing weight...
