Don't get too excited. I was too scared to weigh myself before I started, so I just guessed based on my last doctor's visit (yeah, uh, like a year ago). So, I was likely wrong. The good news is that I had not gained as much weight as I thought I had.
Starting next Sunday, I will be going Keto, so this tool may not work for me (for tracking). The really great news is that our roommate is going too. Having a partner always makes me more successful.
