Extrim bnget, aku diet minum jus klo pagi siang makan sayuran rebus tp gk pke nasi, alhamdulillah bisa turun2bulan / 6kg.
Jng nyiksa bnget nanti malah sakit lambung nya nanti malah yoyo 😊

aku pagi susu kedelai 2 gelas, siang buah sampe kenyang / nasi + sayur secukupnya :v , malem menyesuaikan klo masih kenyang kaga makan klo laper cuma makan buah aja, alhamdulillah 4 bulan 18 kg hehe , intinya sih banyakin olahraganya aja
