this wk end was mother's day and i was bad , very bad especially sunday had cake and rice i haven;t had a bad day in weeks..didn't record any food or exercise but today is monday and i am determined to start anew and get back on track and the funny thing is i didn't really enjoy pigging out unlike before i would almost get a high off eating whatever i wanted especially junk food..i realize my body was like hey you this is not what we have been eating lately and didn't enjoy it as much..even the cup cake i had i couldn't eat the icing it made my eyes cross it just tasted so gross and that is reason enough for me to get back on track.
