Apparently eating at home makes such a difference. Changing to the WW diet has begun to work. Getting a smart phone you can use the calorie counter and barcode scanner with fatsecret has helped tremendously too. You don't feel lost or out of touch with the foods you can eat. Looking forward to the next week. What a surprise.
