Hello everyone, I am starting my "diet" today. I have used WW before and did wonderfully, just got tired of not being able to eat. Well, here I am again, I want to get healthy and do whats right. So, any advice is great. I am on the flex plan. The core is great, but I don't do well on it. Well, here I go.

Good for you, getting back on the plan. I also used WW in the past and am doing it again. I like it better than other plans because I can still have some of my fav foods. I am using flex plan too. There's something about counting the points that makes me feel in charge of the food for a change instead of the food controlling me. Good luck. If you're looking for any diet buddies, let me know.
