It is getting easier to go without the Dr. Pepper, Mt. Dew, and Cherry Pepsi, but I do still have one on occation because...wel...I can...I guess. I haven't has as much take out food this last week, but I did have one "gas station lunch" and one "gas station dinner." I know that isn't good for me, but there are times that I just have to grab what is convient. The good news is that at the end of my period I am down from last week and equal to the weight I was before. If I could just find my gym card, I could work out on my way home from work and make that a better loss.
