Had some leftover steak & cooked hamburger meat, turned it into a low carb lavash .

Pardon my ignorance, didn't know what lavash was but that looks truly scrumptious.

I use a whole wheat California lavash, that has 24 grams of carbohydrates in the entire sheet. I sheet = 8 slices of “pizza”. So, bread wise - it’s 3 carbs per slice. I did my usual trick of steaming minced cauliflower and squeezing out all the juice. I mixed a little pizza sauce into the cauliflower. I top/layer it with the cauliflower mixture, Italian seasonings, pepper flakes, cheese, all the leftover meats chopped up, white onions, jalapenos, and bell pepper. Bake at 400 degrees until bubbly, that’s it!
