So far, udah turun 7kg dalam 1 1/2 bulan. Masih harus nurunin 17kg lg. Mutusin utk gak makan nasi krn selalu jadi pemicu nafsu makan. So, what I do is, exercise tiap pagi 1 s/d 2 jam tiap pagi, ditutup dgn yoga. Ngurangin kalori intake per hari sebisa mungkin. Konsumsi sayur dan buah, biasanya pecel or tumisan, terkadang ayam bakar utk dinner. Telur rebus, muesli or banana smoothie dan green tea utk breakfast. For lunch 2 fitbar or heavenly blush bar. For snacking, I go with almond and ogreen tea. Banyak minum air putih. Dan berusaha lebih aktif.
