Iya @Amoymoy, klo makan nasi paling cheat day dua minggu or sebulan sekali dan cuma 1-3 sendok aja, abis itu nasi pemicu laper and baper... 🤪

Iya emang pemicu banget.... aq aja kemarin diet tetep mkn nadi sepiring bawaannya laperrr terus jd gagal terus dietny... ini aq ngga pake nasi bawaannya kenyang mulu...yg penting sayur protein buah masuk...
