I haven´t followed the diet as i should these days. Some days I haven´t eaten more than I should, but in others.... These days were really complicated for me.. I have traveled on business, had some problems at home... And the worst is that I had lost weight before that, and i might have returned all back last week.... But I´m back here to restart!
