25 years old, used to be athletic, active, breakdanced all the time. These days I can't do half the breakdancing moves I used to be able to. I weighed 250 April 2009, short term I want to lose 50 pounds (weigh 200)in order to weigh as much as I did in college, i was very healthy and looked solid for my weight. Long term I want to lose an additional 15 pounds of fat while buidling out muscle (weigh 195) and get toned. I've done it before and I know I can do it again. Best of luck to all of you, keep your heads up, and remember that more often then not your desires are a reflection of your mood. Change your mood to a positive one, change your life to a positive one.
