Iam 50 years old. Me and my girlfriend have been on the Southbeach diet for 3mths. I have lost 40 pounds so far. I go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week but can't go everyday because of the high price of gas. I started riding my bike, but it broke on me so I guess i will have to start walking and doing more exercise at home. I need to work on my abs more than anything.
