Hello I just started the south beach diet on May 8th. I am getting married in November and wanted to get back to my old weight. Ok maybe not the 107 I once was but a healthy weight. I have been training for about 4 months. I train 3 days a week with a trainer. I also hit the cardio about 4-5 times a week. You have to workout. If you are not working out you need to rethink your diet. I am here to learn. There is so much to learn about this SB thing. I love hearing what everyone else has to say.
