Busy doing the keto diet, and in the last 2 weeks have lost 4.4kg.
The eating plan is definitely working for me. I never feel hungry, and my energy levels are definitely higher than when I was eating a high-carb diet.
I will continue with keto until I reach or get close to my goal weight, then I will most likely switch to a low-carb Paleo type eating plan.
Still in my first week of a 8 week training plan, so far so good...
