Hi

I live in Scotland on the West Coast. Lots of lovely beaches and great walks which is something I should be doing more often, right?

3 great kids who keep me more than occupied and I'm a Beauty Therapist with Glasgow's Premier Hair Removal Clinic.

This is my umpteenth time with the 'lets lose weight' idea.
What's different this time?
This time I feel motivated and I feel Positive. I want to be in control of my eating. I am brilliant at feeling bored and opening the fridge or the cupboard. That's not going to happen anymore.

Ok So I'm here and tracking everything I eat. I'm taking the Atkins seriously and I'm trying my hardest.

Here's hoping.

The kids don't think I'm fat and bless... they love me the way I am x x
