Spicy Sauteed Broccoli
A great way to eat broccoli, sauteed in a tangy, spicy sauce.
Ingredients
Directions
- Add oil to a sauté pan and heat.
- Add ginger, garlic and crushed red pepper (if using red pepper seeds, break them up by using the heal of your hand to release the hot oils into the olive oil), and salt.
- Sauté for only a minute or two.
- Add broccoli and sauté until florets begin to darken or lightly brown. Serve.

This was really good, except mine came out just a little dry. Definitely packed some heat, but I loved it!

Add some chicken breast to this dish and marinate the chicken with fresh chopped garlic & ginger and some Lawry's sesame ginger marinade.. excellent http://www.lawrys.com/Products/Marinades/Sesame-Ginger.aspx
