I quit smoking 80 months ago and immediately started eating much more, and higher fat foods. Walking has always been my main source of exercise but these days the back gets painful while walking. I'm not burning enough calories. Yoga and some step aerobics when I can keep up. I'm looking forward to learning to eat better foods and less fat and calories. I've discovered gum last a long time and fewer calories. I live alone with my dog, in Alaska. We're waiting for the ice to go away so we can get out without me falling on my butt during walks.
