i went over the 200 pounds and got a shock. ok i put a bit on over christmas but i genuinely got a fright. so here i am...
i want to lose about 36 pounds in total for now then i can reassess the situation! i've lost 10 so far and im battling on!
im aiming for max 1500 calories a day and exercise at least three times a week. im also walking everywhere i can. at the minute i cant face the gym but ive promised my boyfriend when i reach 14 pounds loss (a stone) i'll go. i just need to build up the self confidence side of things!
ive still got a bit to go but im determined to lose as much as i can by the summer
