I am, as of this writing, 34 years old. I've done quite a few different things in my life - firefighting, law enforcement, security officer, Emergency Medical Technician, Mental Health Technician, Certified Nurse Aide. I was slender when I was in HS, and sorta, grew to 6'6" and bimped out later on.
My peak weight was 345lb, and I'd like to get back to a 'fighting' weight of about 220. I'm bird-framed, wrapped in a layer of nasty fat. *sigh* to be thin again.
But, strangely, I have been able to stick to a 1700 kcal a day diet for a while, now, and it seems to be working - I was simply recording my caloric intake and weights in a little book, but, thanks to FatSecret, I'm going to be able to keep a more realistic track of my weight and intake.
