I am currently working in China as an ESL teacher. Because of oily food in the area I live in and the fact that I don't have a lot of time to exercise I have gained weight over the past two years. Going from 67kgs (148lbs) to 80kgs (176lbs) this year. That may not seem fat to a lot of people but I am only 5'5 or 166cm so that is pretty big for someone my height and build.
I have lost 3kgs (6lbs) in the past three weeks., through a low to medium carb diet.
The main reason I am using this site is for the RDI and food calculator.
Goal to get down to 65kgs. Method staying off white food such as rice, bread, potatoes and pasta.
