hello, i am 39 and mother of 3 grown children. (yes i know i started young)and now the grandmother of 4 grandchildren. my family means everything to me, as it is pretty much starting with us. (my sis and me)
ABOUT FOOD AND ME:
i have issues with food, mostly sweets and baked things, however all food is very seductive to me. up until 6 years or so ago i haD been managing my weight by excercise and restricting foods. since that time i have put on 90++ pounds. i have tried most diets, pills and drinks throughout my life.
its time for me to get back to a healthy weight. i am afriad i have let myself go toOO far. i am grossly out of shape and am not sure if i have the time, energy or desire to make it back to a healthy weight.
i hope to have a good time and meet my goals and help my sister meet her as awell.
