I am 35 years old and recently went back to being a stay at home mom. Since I had a baby in December 2006, I have been up and down with the weight. I want to eventually get back down to my pre-marriage weight of 145. But I am setting an easier goal of 160 for my pre-pregnancy weight. I have done the South Beach diet and I love the principles of it. I joined Weight Watchers right after my 35th birthday in September 2009. And I am looking forward to seeing results!
