I'm an RN. I started experiencing problems w/ weight gain in my 30's. I managed well until I started back to school for my master's and became less active and eating more junk food. I look forward to losing about 28 pounds. This is a lifestyle change for me so NO CRASH dieting! It will be a slow process but I will see it through. I CAN'T wait to wear nice clothes again - about a size 4 to 6 would be GREAT! This motivates me to stick to my plan.
