I am 43 years young, a wife and a mother. My Husband and I have been together for a little over 26 years. We have 8 BEAUTIFUL children. 3 boys & 5 girls. Their ages are 23, 19, 18, 16, 6, 4, 2 1/2 & 1 year.

I need to lose weight so I can grow old with my husband and children. I also want to lose this weight so that I have a better self image of myself. I have been overweight since my early 20's. I have NEVER taken a diet serious or had the strength and drive to make it to goal. I struggle to follow through. Today I have decided to change my life and to empower myself to do this. I WANT to lose weight so that I can gain back my old confident, driven, strong, and possitive self. One day at a time one pound at a time!!

205 - September 2011
195 - October 2011 OMG!!! I will be so happy have not been under 200 in 23 years!
185 - November 2011
175 - GOAL!! December 2011 I want to make it by the new year. This has to be my last year over weight!!
