Moving in the right direction but I really need to get serious!! I need to work on drinking your water and not eating the crap when I get stressed. Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!!

You did it again! You got comfortable with yourself and stopped losing, held 219 for awhile and in the last 4 weeks gained back 9 lbs. Why do you do this!! OK today is a new day. Do not look back and start again. Going to get back on track and stop eating the junk!!

It is coming off!! Real slow but it is coming off!! Remember you are going in the right direction!! Remember that you can do this!! You started this journey at 280+ lbs. It took you years to get there. If you are serious about hitting your goal of 165 lbs you need to get serious and work everyday to get there. Your family deserves it and so do YOU!! Remember ONE pound at a time ONE day at a time.
