Feeling a bit crappy this past week. feel like i'm in plateau land. not getting anywhere, still exercising well, but the cold weather is really trying to defeat me... i have to stop the PT sessions now for a while because of lack of money which sucks. but i have to keep on soldiering on and hopefull this will pass real quick...

WOO HOO, i'm in the 70's. I can't beleive it, 4 and a half months, 15kg. I feel terrific. I never want to go back there. I went and bought a size 14 pair of trousers for work the other day from the op shop. the size 16 jeans i bought a few weeks ago are getting to big for me. it's awesome.
onwards and upwards!!! I feel some confidence coming back, i feel some self respect going on, and seriously, I don't want to be that fat again in this lifetime. It's more hard work than you even realise sitting on your ar$e all day eating rubbish and destroying your body and mind. It is so heavy, so exhausting and depressing being that fat.
10 more kilos to go, that's the aim, by the end of the year i want to be in the 60's baby, oh yeah!!!
