50 mins - Spin class
Thurs 14/4/11
10 mins - boxing and crunches
10 mins - spin bike
10 mins - cross trainer
60 mins - yoga class
I put on 600 grams between Wed and Thurs morning (i know i shouldn't weigh myself everyday, but i do). So that was frustrating, especially after a personal training session and 4 times at the gym already by Thursday. Fingers crossed it's dropped off again by Monday weigh in.
I need to cut my salt down in my diet... So hard to do, but I'll keep on chipping away.

Tues 12/4/11
40 mins - Weights Personal Training session
10 mins - Cross Trainer
10 mins - spin bike
plus some abs and stretching
It's amazing how great you feel when you feet fit and healthy!! I have to remember the feeling of strength and power when I feel like letting go and turning back into a sloth....
That is my challenge once I lose the weight, to maintain, and to not give in and become a big old glutton again.

Mon 11/4/11
10 mins - Spin Bike
4 mins - jogging on treadmill
6 mins - cross trainer
45 mins - weights and abs program
Feel great today, have lost 1kg since last week, without my personal training session.
Total lost is 11.5kg since christmas.
Personal training session tomorrow morning, looking forward to that. I was talking to someone today and they were asking me how i've lost the weight. It's all hard exercise and eating half of the food i was eating previously. It's funny when you are in the zone, and you hear other people making all the excuses in the world. What can you say? It is hard work, and you have to toughen up and suffer the pain and discomfort if you want the results. Excuses will get you no where. I told her that "yes, i sometimes feel like I'm going to pass out from the exertion, and sometimes I feel like i'm having a heart attack, but I just don't care, If I want results, I have to do it".
She was also talking about pushy trainers etc. that tell her to do things she doesn't want to do. Well, if you are committed, you just have to do what you are told by a trainer, unless you know better of course. It's not going to be easy, losing 40 kilos it's not just going to fall off if you go for a stroll around the block once a week.
Simple as that!
