😔.
Didn't weigh in yesterday, as scheduled.
2lb up.
The truth is I started drinking June 1st; and since its been vodka, wine and cognac.
I need the control in general...but even more when Im socializing.
Now the weekend is over, and in some of the posted pics I look enormous😥.

I have seriously adhered to portion control since May. No late night nibbling. No juice, no soda, no alcohol...so no socializing.
Well months ago, I scheduled to get together, for the next 2 weekends, with my "you knew me when I was 17" friends. When we have the opportunity to meet up - we party & we drink, & we eat & we do things I wont record.
I want to sip, eat and sin alittle too! But I HAVE to stay on track. I need a plan...

This week I was strict with the portion control, stopped eating after 9pm till breakfast, and still no liquor, juice, or soda. Didn't excerise, but will reintroduce excerise next week.
I'm not going to get excited (no jinx), just stick to my plan.
Thank you to my new FS advisors who have given me encouragement and guidance.
