I don't understand. I added exercise this week. Yes, Friday was not a strong day; I ate much more than planned and didn't exercise. But Friday's workout was 1 day missed out of 5 days and I still ate less than I would usually consume (pre-May). Still didn't have any liquor, juice or soda. But for all my efforts this week (Mon - Thurs), I'm the same 296lb.
I don't understand it. Did the one day trash the 4 days before? I'm disappointed...in myself. 😢😟😕

Did my AM workout, 3rd day. Came home. Prepared breakfast and lunch (6ozish of chicken breast, 2 zucchinis and two mushrooms, a garlic clove - chopped, seasoned and sauteed & a liter of water - with ginger and fresh lemon juice in it). Got dressed.
& If its not my imagination, today my clothes fitted better and I looked less...swollen. I'm trying not to get excited. The real evidence will be when I weigh in on Saturday.

The Mon - Fri plan...
Early AM. Walk to field. Run up and walk down bleachers' stairway 10 times. +3x10 Squats, 3x10 Leg Lunges off bleachers, 3×10 Push Ups. Walk home.

Started exercising today. Planned to workout first thing in the early am, but when I woke up at 6 I was so tired it hurt. It looked cool outside and like it would rain. I laid back down and then woke up at 7:30am. Still hadn't rained. But my back started hurting. + I was thinking maybe I should just workout in the living room this evening. & then I spent sometime contemplating how it was too warm for a jacket but still too cold for just a Tshirt. Forced myself to get dressed. Couldn't find my keys. Realized I was out of bottles of water. Had to prepare thermos of water, but had a hard time finding a fitting top. Still couldn't find my house keys. ...Finally got outside!
Walked to the HS football field in my neighborhood. Ran up & walked down the bleachers 10 times. & Walked home. ...Plan to do it again tomorrow!

I started (again) last Saturday. Found & joined FS. This week I basically had the same meals each day. Cut my usual food portions by 1/2 by keeping to "proper" serving sizes (per google). No liquor, no juice and no soda. Today is my weigh in day and I procrastinated this morning. I weighed in at 296.8. I know it's a crazy high #. But for real I was more than 300lb, but I didn't have the heart to write a # higher than that. So I'm like WHAT!!!
