Great day out yesterday! Long hike around Lake, with diversions in the woods...15kms! Sunbathed, had a drink after near the lake, on a beautiful terrace. :-) Life is good!

Ha ha haaaaaaaaa !!!!! At this rate, for sure, 29 months...This cracked me up! In other times, it would have depressed me...but right now...I just keep working out, and LIVING. :-)

Good good: good jog this lunch time; 3 laps of the park and back (5 kms in total); swimming pool tonight : swimming and diving with the club (for about 1h30).
I'll try to stay motivated and go for another jog tomorrow lunch time and Friday lunch time. If I can keep my weeks at this level of exercise, that would be fantastic for my goals!

Hi: NOT weighing in this week...SCARED! :-)) Anyway, I need to find out how much I burn when I go scuba diving. Went Saturday, and going for another night session this Wednesday.

Heeyyy!! What a sunny week! Exercise : good! Long jog Tuesday lunch time (1 hour); Spinning last night: 1 session and another 20 mins! Tomorrow : going diving with my club! Whoop whoop!
Diet : errrrr....I did my best not too go OTT! I promise. But the week ain't over, mmmm...I'll get on the scales only Tuesday night! Give myself a chance to detox, cleanse Monday...
I still have a good 8 weeks to reach 50% of my goals; but I am confident coz I am getting back into SHAPE! :-))
