Hello Journal! All good, summer is finally here! Went for a run Sat morning, nice one. Just checked my Asics running log online, and I have now run 840 kms in 11 months, since I started recording last summer. I should hit the 1,000 kms mark by end of September :-))
For the mo, not too focused on my weight fluctuation but rather on training properly and regularly. For the last race, I was soooo strict on my diet, I had lost way too much weight, and to be honest, it'd not have hurt to be 2 or 3 kilos heavier. So this time round, I will not obsess about my weight for the 10-12 weeks to come, but focus mainly on my strength and endurance.

Hello Journal! Slowly getting back into the good training mode: after a harsh beginning this month, I have finally found my pace back since last week! I ran 8kms (Tuesday) / 8kms (Thursday) then 11.5kms last night. Crap summer weather (light rains, and temperature around 15° celsius), but just ideal to run! ;-)

Been damn overeating greasy stuff recently...and not exercising enough. So ? Well, I know what I need to do...Back on track ! Will start with plenty of water daily...

Hello Journal. Tough time since last Monday; Sure have been avoiding red meat, but most of all bad family news (close relative death) has completely thrown diet & exercise plan off track. Did not record anything, and if I did it'd look gross. So I'll just cut it to summary every day. Back to basics this week!
