Green smoothies and/or salads daily. 6-8 oz of water daily.
Did not work out this week other than 2 long belly dance classes (1 1/2 hours each).
Back to 175 lbs. Did some bad eating for my birthday, but not as bad as it could have been. Still, I have a lot more energy than usual, and I think it is from the green smoothies! =)

Mon: 75 jumping jacks, 10 leg lifts; salad
Tues: 80 jumping jacks, 15 leg lifts; salad
Wed: 85 jumping jacks, 20 leg lifts; cleansing cranberry gr. smoothie
Thurs: 90 jumping jacks, 25 leg lifts, 2 hour belly dance class; salad, banana cranberry gr. smoothie
Fri: Break Day, cranberry kiwi gr. smoothie
Sat: -, cran-apple spice smoothie
Sun: -, salad, mango kiwi avocado gr. smoothie
Didn't work out Sat or Sunday, it was my birthday and I had a lot of other things to do! I know, not a good excuse, but I'm ok with it. Didn't loose, but didn't gain either.
Even though I went out to eat a couple of times, watched what I ordered, and I still am only drinking water (plus coffee and occasional beer/wine).
Loving the fresh green smoothies!!!

Checking in on my habit forming challenges:
#1) Been consistent on daily exercise plan. Finished the 20 day Starter Plan, and I'm a day away from finishing my first round of Level 1! If nothing else, this is teaching me consistency. Also, taking 1 to 1 1/2 hours of belly dance every Thursday.
#2) Most days drinking a minimum of 6 glasses of water a day (usually 7 or 8 cups). I no longer desire any soda or bottled/jugged tea. Water, coffee, and occasional beer/wine.
#3) Joined a challenge here to eat a salad a day about a week and a half ago. So far so good. Today I decided to step it up and start doing Green Smoothies every day! Today I mixed up some spinach, banana, cucumber, cranberries, and coconut milk. It gave me tremendous energy!
