Recipe for a Light Keto Lunch( 8 servings)
450g Gypsey Ham or 2packets Bacon(fried)
6 Eggs(beaten)
3Cups Grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup Cream
1/2 Cup water
Add: pepper, garlic/ Italian herbs
Mix and pour into rectangular pyrex dish
Bake 180C approximately 40 minutes
Cut in squares and serve with greek salad.
ENJOY!...enough servings for a couple of days.

Only 1% of anti-oxidants in for example blueberries /any other fruit or veggies will enter the bloodstream. Jam-packed smoothies full of anti-oxidants wont actually benefit the body...watched a program on labarotory tests done by scientists. The whole concept is misleading....waste of money. Apparently the body regulates its own antioxidant levels.Multivitamin trials also showed no clear evidence of ANY benefits...But we all buy in the hope of safe guarding our health.
