well i have been kind of lazy this past week but i still managed to eat reasonably well so i guess its working... i have to pick up my exercise if i want to lose this weight!!

Well i lost .8 of a pound. not what i wanted! i wanted to lose a pound or two. Im gng to try harder so next week i can be 139 or 138! I KNOW I CAN

well i stopped drinking enough water so i know that is one of the main reasons i gained. another reason is that i didn't exercice as well as i should but i am back on track this week beginning the week with a very sweaty workout. lol

I feel so good today. i lost another pound but i won't allow myself to record anything untill monday. i just hope i lose maybe another one! it feels great to know that i might actually reach my goal. and i was able to say no to a cheesburgur yesterday.. YAY ME!!!
