okay for the last few days, been having puter issues and phone issues as well have someone coming to look and discover what the exact problem is today..hopefully they will be able to relsove said issues cuz this is fuckin up my programs..big time...>.< anways im trying to stick to the paln but without being able to log in everything dont know if im in safe mode...sure i am , but who knows...gotta guy coming today between 12-3p and we'll take it from there always something..ugh....have a good weekend and happy fathers day to all u dads out there ^_^ peace and love <3 xxx

been drinking plenty of fluids today, water included ^_^ also eating lite rest of the day...just gonna have a lettuce and cucumber salad for dinner...maybe a few olives too...and then just keep pushing the water, tea and coffee...started doing upper body excerizes today..yay ^_* and feel it already haev one of those stretch belts and been doing all kinds of retension and stretching ...tomorrow will start with situps and leg lifts and lower body stretches and just do what i can..been doing more housework and gardening and shopping and walking then usual so hopefully that will all factor in as well...hope everyone is having a good day ..peace and love dar

today am having a sweets jones...so made me a double MIM with sweet n low and cinnamon and butter..yummmmm and now am full.....the rest of the eve will just have coffee, water and possibly some letuce w/ranch and thats it....had the hungries today and dont wanna over do it...so control is the word for the rest of the eve..

well lost 4 lbs and been making myself feel better did my hair color (mahogony) which is my natural color anyways and did my toe nails and finger nails too....got some new pain meds from GYN so that is helping me as well...not just to be outta pain but to get stuff done around the house and gardening and shopping and all that kinda stuffs ^_^ so being able to sleep and move about and do stuff is amazing to me ^_^ hope everyone has a perfect sunday and a healthy one..^_^
gonna eat lite today mostly salads..had breakfast (lite) and since meds are making me dehydrate, will def drink plenty of water today too...
alllrighty then..

yesterday had some tapioca pudding which i know is a NO NO but had some anyways...needed something to comfort me as been really suffering lotsa pain and despair recently well with all the health issues..not to use as an accuse but its as good as any o.0 lol so sorry i did that but not gonna fret...wieghed in at 195 so lost four lbs from may 25th in following perty closely to atkins ...still need to drink more water and concentrate more on the specifics too..so anyways have a good weekend peace and love dar
