gonna have me a meat and eggs kinda day and then for snack will have a MIM ..w/ sweet n low and cinnamon and possibly some cream cheese atop...and then hardly no carbs, ok on cals, high fat tho...sorta need to watch the fat over the weekend..so ill keep that in mind hope ur all having a wonderful day ^_^ peace

well last few days been really watching carbs..fat content is high tho, so wanna start watching that as well...cal's been good...water not so much the last two days..that i do in spurts somedays better then others o.0 so will concentrate on water today...and then again tomorrow for sure...just about over mestral cycle thank god , bc its so painful..cant wait till surgery >.> i know that sounds crazy, but true none the less..o.o have another 2 months to go till able to get in for that and tehn will have kidney surgery once i heal from the first surgery..wow.so thinks in the meantime shuld contact pain specialists which i will do this wseek...can take the discomfort any longer..its badddddddddddd!! must sedate to get thru any day..and then it makes me moody..>.< hate that too...well in good spirits today and hope to stay that way...hope u all hadda great weekend and a wonderous week ahead..with love dar xxx

ive decided not to share weight until i get back on the weigh in train..as i had to start over bc i realized that docs office weighed me in 15-18 lbs over what my scale was weighing and i couldnt for the life of me get the my weigh in to record properly on here...so...as of monday before last at docs, weighed in at 199 and not gonna even deal with my scale here at home any longer..just gonna weigh in at the docs as i havta go every three months any ways..and also have other two docs in between that i must see regularly ...this way i dont obssess as before...that just bursts my bubble when i do that...o.0 so will keep ya all posted....^_^ feel like ill be more sucessful this time around....atleast i friggin hope so.....^_^

just checkin in and hoping everyone had a good holiday...today am feeling well even though took me like forever to fall asleep last night as always...but got up and took meds..with my a.m. coffee as i do every morn, and once the pain subsided was able to work about the house and outside too..and then fixed a salad for lunch and been drinking my water thats good for me cuz i dont particularly care for water...but been hanging in there i just stopped buying anything else so i leave me no choice but coffee , water and tea, lol cant have what i dont have...what a rocket scientist ive turned out to be!!! hehe :p have a nice day check ya laters ^_^
