Im happy with my weight results..I told my doctor I was losing weight, but very little at a time..She told me slow and steady weight lose is harder to put back on..
Sooooo even though I would love to see results like 3-5lbs loss a week..I am happy with my "slow and steady" weight loss..
To all my Fat Secret buddies, CONGRATULATIONS on all the success you guys are having!!..Each and everyone of you are an inspiration to me and keep me motivated..I look forward to reading your journals each day to motivate myself..

I had such a woderful day yesterday..My youngest son graduated from PRE-K..It was such a beautiful ceremony..To make it more special he graduated TOP OF THE CLASS!!..As you can imagine tears were running..LOL..Everyone came through as well..His Nana and Daddy showed up!..We went to Chili's bcuz thats my babys favorite restaurant with his best buddy which they been friends since diaper stage and the whole crew..we filled up the restaurant!!..
I was so proud of myself..I ate at Chili's a whole wheat buffalo style grilled chicken sandwich with broccoli and carrots from their guiltless menu..Its not easy watching everyone else eating all those delicious food..Those chicken crispers looked soooo good..But I behaved..I enjoyed my guiltless lunch!!LOL

OK so im back..my computer had a virus so I was unable to log on..I could have entered my diet and exercise on my cell phone which has an application that links to fatsecret and keeps me logged on. I was just so fed up with the computer!!..I can say I did follow my normal everyday food intake and worked out to the best I could. Its been a crazy week with my job and also with all the rain we had here in Florida..
I have seriously been thinking of joining Weight Watchers..It can help me speed up a bit my weight loss. Although I dont want to lose weight too fast bcuz thats when you gain it back quicker..
I wish all my Fatsecret friends and members a Happy Memorial Day!!
