IM BACK!! Feeling much better. Longest Two weeks ever!! I thought I wasnt going to get better. I did follow my doctors order to take it easy and try to stay in bed as much as possible.
Now back to business!! Im off to work and when I get back I will get back to working out!! I kinda miss it..LOL..

I hope all you beautiful Mamis had a blessed and HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY yesterday.

i finally got to weigh in. Its been a rough week. Having the flu really took a toll on me. I had no appetite (still dont). Im still sick. not as bad though. Im going to try to start slowly to get back on track. I really believed i would be back ready to go by yesterday, I couldnt get out of bed. OK so im going to try to make it through the day at work (first day back since last wednesday).

i havent recorded any food entry, all i had was chicken noodle soup, OJ, crackers N pretzels for nausea and lots of water.
obviously no exercise.

The little bit of weight lost was to not eating properly.

Wish me luck on making it today through the day. Time to go to work.
