I have four months until I get married and I want to look good in my wedding dress. This will require consistent exercise...one of the things I have never been good at. I go through periods when I exercise regularly...and then I stop..and then its kinda spotty after that. I want to exercise regularly and just make it part of my lifestyle.

Back on FatSecret...Trying to lose pregnancy weight...PP weight - 155. 175ish currently. Hope to lose the 20lbs by my wedding this summer. Following 1200-1600 calories a day. High protein, lots of veggies and fruits as well.

Doing the biggest loser diet at NSU. I have lost 3lbs so far in the 2 weeks it has been going on. Not great but not bad either. I am currently triggered to starve and go back to my eating disorder habits....because thats what other people I have been talking to are doing and two of them lost 10lbs!
ugh.
Meh.
Diet has been going pretty good. Its not too strict. Mostly fruits, veggies, meat, and some starch. Trying to stay under 1800 calories and above 1200 calories. I havent gone past 1800 on any day so far, so I guess thats good. Staying around 1500-1600 daily.
Not much exercise, though.
