Gained at least 2 pounds. For the past 3 weeks, I've averaged 750-850 calories per day. I'm taking in 25%-50% of recommended carbs per week. Even on Trulicity, which causes weight loss in diabetics, I'm not losing weight. Hyperinsulin resistance is so frustrating.

I'm finally losing weight on 30 g carbs per day and 900, or less calories. I hate hyperinsulin resiatance.
