For beginners, after looking through it, I strongly suggest buying it if you do not want to speak with a dietitian/doctor. It not only addresses goal setting, nutrition/exercise, but focuses on helping you form a positive outlook. I also linked to EatRight.org. It doesn't pander to "fad diets" or quickly losing weight with "products" but supports healthy life style changes. Let me know if it helps! :)
