Yesterday decided to go back to low carb diet.
Just because the Keto was taking a lot of my time to prepare the meals and I was feeling so frustrated.
However, my feedback is: with Keto I lost 100g in a couple of days and doing so many sports didn’t feel so weak as I thought I would.

Thanks to everyone for the advices for the Keto diet.🙏🙏🙏

Decided to change for the Keto diet this week. To see how my body reacts.
Anyone has tried? Any feedback?
I was following the intermittent one and lost some.
A bit scared of the change 😱🤦🏽‍♀️
