22يونيو اللي فات دا كان تقريبا قبل عيد الاضحي بيومين انا كنت نفس الوزن اللي انا فيه حاليا 75 ساعتها انا بوظت الدايت وعكيت في العيد وخلاص كنت باكل كل حاجه عادي بس اللي كان مسستم الدنيا معايا اني كنت بلعب كورة باستمرار ودا كان مساعدني اني مبزيدش وكنت تمام جالي إصابة في. الفترة تمزق اربطة وساعتها انا حرفيا كنت باكل وانام بس بسبب الإصابة من بعد الإصابة دي رجعت زدت تاني ل82 واهو رجلي حاليا اتحسنت ومن 20 يوم بالظبط بدأت اظبط اكلي والدنيا بقت كويسة وحاليا 75 ومكمل لحد 68
