Still learning adkins and this time I really want to do this . Its hard but I will I am determined . I have let my self go to long and if I don't I will be going down the same path that my mom did . An the way I look its going that way . I started 5 days ago and was 168 so it looks like I am doing the diet right . From what some have told me I still need to tweek a few things. Like I ate some sausage and thought it was ok well no it had some sugar in the ingredients . So I will have to try harder to reading labels .

Well I have been rethinking my life and I really haven't been happy with myself in many years. I have been a depressed person . Mostly because of my gaining of weight . I did loose it before and just do not know how to get to the place I was in when I lost it the last time . I know that weight watchers works but who can really afford to go to the meetings . The only way I am going to get through this is to do it for me . An well I am not sure if I am ready . Even thou I need to do this for my health . So I have come back on here to try and do something for me again so if any one wants to help me please feel free to write me thanks in advance

I haven't been on here in a while and I really need to loose this weight. I have high cholestrol and need to loose it bad . I have cut alot of the fat out of the diet. But you know the saying the role on the tummy is bad for ya . I really do not have the money to join weight watchers and that always helped me . But I'm lucky if I can buy food with this economy . I am sure everyone will agree. Well I hope I can get out of this slump .

Well you know the saying and its one most say with the new year new year new me . Well I hope that I can find the new me . I have tried so many ways of loosing weight and its hard as ever. An as we get older its harder . I know its something we all need to do so that we can grow old healthy and I hope I can motivate myself to do it again . The one thing that is for sure is that eating healthy is very expensive . An I will just have to find the money to do it . So off to a new me again I just hope I can stick to it . I hope some one one here can help to motivate me . An I hope I can help some one too .
