Day 130: total loss is 42.4 pounds. I am less than a pound away from my original goal weight. I cannot believe the progress I have made in a little over 4 months. I have been following my diet and exercise plan closely this week and it is paying off. Going to run tonight and start the weekend off right!

Day 127. Down another pound after having some pizza during Monday Night Football and going for a 4 mile run. Officially less than 2 pounds away from my overall goal weight. I cannot believe I am this close. I have lost 41.6 pounds in 127 days....that is pretty awesome and I have changed my life in the process. Its a good feeling :)

Day 126: FINALLY hit the 40 pound lost mark making my total loss 40.6 pounds! Feeling pretty good. Just needed to get back on track and I have done that. Upped my running so now I am doing about 4 miles 3-4 times a week, which is also helping with my calorie deficit. Next mini goal is to reach my goal weight of 150! Never thought I would be this close.

Day 120. I am officially 4 months in. Total weight loss is 37.5. I did not meet my 40 pounds lost goal but I am not far away. This last month has been ROUGH for my diet to say the least. Not deterred but still moving forward.

On the exercise front my running is doing great. I can run a 5k and am keeping up with it!

30 days have been rough but on the up and up!

Day 116. Up .2 and am thankful its not more. Going to try and maintain this weight loss over the weekend and stick to it.
