Selamat lunch semua. Ini dirumah tante dan kebetulan dirumahnya cuma masak bakso dll tapi aku lebih milih apel sama pir buat lunch, sepiring gini cuma 177 kal tapi dijamin kenyang soalnya apelnya 100 gr sama pir 200 gr. Nanti sampe rumah baru lunch bneran

Overnight oatmeal buat sarapan besok pagi. Mueslinya sudah habis, sudah pesen brapa hari gak datang datang. Yaudah habisin sisa quaker aja dulu

Sudah lama makan muesli, tapi baru sadar kalo muesli seenak ini. Mungkin karna dari rolled oats yang beda sama quaker yg oatsnya udah nggak utuh lagi. Tapi rasanya beneran ada manis manisnya gitu, sukaaak deh ♡
