Jeszcze mam 10 dni lutego, ale już stwierdzam, że sytuacja wygląda dość optymistycznie. Od nowego roku siedzę na diecie, która ma ogarnąć moją insulinooporność i jak dotąd na wadze jest całe 9 kilo mniej. Takiego spadku w takim czasie nie zanotowałam przy żadnej diecie od ostatnich kilku dobrych lat. :) Generalnie jestem zadowolona i na początku marca gonię na badania (krzywa cukrowa, krzywa insulinowa i hormony tarczycowe). :) Do celu jeszcze 21 kilo :)
