Weetbix are always my choice when I'm craving something crunchy instead of crisps or snacks..and at only 126 Cals per two biscuits.. I am very happy 😊

So it is sweltering 🙆 and I feel exhausted..not even going to attempt a high intensity workout...Rather opting for a flexibility workout routine... it's a recovery sort of day🌻

So I was quarter to saying *best SpongeBob voice* "counting calories is for Winnies😂😂" and then I came on here and realised I'm still within my calories for the day. I don't need to go over them...I'm thirsty and not hungry..An afternoon workout would probably do me good...So thank you FS family 🙌🌱

Yay mini achievement!
So my mom bought me a Cadbury whole but chocolate bar on Friday evening. First thing I did was not eat it that very day, secondly I split it in half and gave the other part to my dad(haha he doesn't have chocolate a lot so this was a treat for him), I then proceeded to only eating 3 pieces of chocolate a day and for the first time in my life ....it took me 4 days to finish HALF a chocolate bar!!!🙆🙆 Old me would have gobbled it all up😂
Sometimes when the progress doesn't show up on the scale , it shows up in the habits💪❤️🌱

Day 4
Abs , back and arm day (mostly arm)
I can't wait for the day I'm able to do a full body push up but until then Imma keep at it with my not so perfect knee push-ups.I literally almost face planted on my mat today 🙆😂(was crying on the inside as my arms burned)
